"Planned a diwali trip to Andaman with not so known company Sarang Tours. Just because I knew the person Sarang Bhide from my running group. We were little bit anxious about service as it's not 'very well known' name in tourism industry.  But all our assumptions were proven wrong by these guys. Whole experience was very professional and really 'memories to cherish' . I mean I never got a call from my tour coordinator before this to brief me about the requirement of tour. There are so many small things you need to take care of before you start. Be it weather, special requirements and so on. Everythhing was explained to me by him. I was getting a call at each stage of travel to check our status. We received a warm welcome and well organised sight seeing. There were few glitches in the trip. In the beginning of tour we were not being able to get a cab. Ola, Uber both gave a very disappointing experience at odd hours of night. 2 cabs came to door and refused us to take to airport. But I had a feeling that Sarang will find a way out. At 1 am I called him without any hesitation and he happily came to drop us to airport. With his cheerful talk eased everyone's tension. Thus our trip started smoothly. Suddenly I was unwell on the 3rd day in Andaman and had to return home. And all this unforseen was solved so smoothly. Air tickets arranged within an hour. Cars rearranged, 1 room got extended for few hours.  In all got cozy and comfortable service. Cherry on the cake is the andaman tour coordinator called me to check if everyone has reached home safe n sound. He even enquiried about status of my health.  Thanks Sarang Bhide for this wonderful experience of hospitality with touch of care."

"This photo is very special.. I guess first photo on Kerala vacation.. and credit goes to Sarang Bhide and Dhanashree Bhide. A night before flight, I came to know about cruise cancellation of Lakshdweep visit and I was shattered looking at crash of plan..  I called Sarang dada who attended our wedding some days back and who was only Savior for us at that moment.  I heard just one sentence from him "you guys fly on time and forget about everything else..... " Next morning we reached Cochin and rest was settled like anything..  All the places, hotels and arrangements was awesome, it was awesome experience for us.
